The Company is managed by its governing bodies. The composition, procedure for election and recall, competence, and working procedures of the Company's bodies are determined by the current legislation of Ukraine, the Charter, and internal Regulations on the Company's bodies.

Supervisory Board
The General Meeting is the supreme body of the Company, with the authority to make any decisions regarding the Company's financial and business activities. The Company's shareholders are legal entities.
The Supervisory Board is a collegial body of the Company that exercises strategic management of the Company and establishes an effective system for managing risks that may arise in the Company's activities. It controls and regulates the activities of the Company's Executive Body. The Supervisory Board does not participate in the day-to-day management of the Company. The current composition of the Supervisory Board was elected in 2024. The term of office of the Supervisory Board is 3 years. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Roman Volodymyrovych Lunin; the members of the Supervisory Board are Yuliia Fedorivna Lozhka, Alla Vitaliivna Ostrenska, Zhanna Oleksandrivna Khrypko, and Serhii Valeriiovych Kurinnyi.
The Executive Body of the Company is a sole executive — the General Director. The General Director acts on the basis of the Charter, manages the Company's day-to-day operations, and resolves all matters of current activity except those falling within the competence of the Company's other bodies. The General Director of the Company is Oleg Petrovych Piavka, elected to the position in 2021. The term of office of the General Director is unlimited.
The Company has established the position of Corporate Secretary. The Corporate Secretary is an officer responsible for the effective ongoing interaction between the Company and its shareholders and other investors, coordinating actions to protect their rights and interests, supporting the effective operation of the Supervisory Board, and performing other functions defined by current legislation, the Charter, and the Regulation on the Company's Corporate Secretary. The Corporate Secretary of the Company is Liudmyla Olehivna Mykhailova, elected to the position in 2007. The term of office is unlimited. The Corporate Secretary serves as secretary to the Supervisory Board but is not a member of the Supervisory Board and has no voting rights at its meetings.
